Results commitment

Most contracts proposed by BIOTEM include a results commitment clause.

This clause guarantees that BIOTEM will repeat the unsuccessful project stages free of charge until the expected results are obtained.

Respect of rules and regulations

BIOTEM certifies that its services are carried out in accordance with the current legislation. This commitment is part of the quality assurance policy of the company. (Please refer to the ISO9001:2008 certification).

Espacially, BIOTEM is committed to take care of the laboratory animals in the best possible way and not to implement unnecessary or degrading treatments.

Ownership of results

Our clients retain full ownership of the intellectual property and the material generated (antibodies, hybridomas...) – (Excluding collaboration projects)

Confidentiality

BIOTEM is pledged by contract not to reveal any information concerning the projects carried out and not to disclose the identity of its clients without having obtained their consent beforehand.

Each project is handling by a unique project manager who is the dedicated interlocutor during the accomplishment of your project.

Non Disclosure Agreement contract can be signed upon request.

Customer Relationship

BIOTEM is dedicated to implementing a privileged and interactive relationship with its customers.

This quality relationship is necessary to complete projects which require a strong interaction between BIOTEM and its clients.

Certifications

BIOTEM‘s services are complying with ISO 9001 (2008).
This certification acknowledges the efficiency of the quality assurance system implemented.

The « Crédit Impôt Recherche”, is the “research & development tax credit” proposed by the French government’s in order to deduce a part of the costs charged by BIOTEM during the project development. This measure applies to companies based in France.
